چکیده
A new simple, fast, and versatile method is developed to functionalize gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) via nanoscale layers of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). The key step based on near-field radical photopolymerization the MIP prepolymerization mixture. This enables fabrication [email protected] hybrid nanoparticles, which are used as substrates for localized surface plasmon resonance surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) analysis with excellent sensitivity specificity. To demonstrate performance protected], methylene blue-specific MIPs prepared. SERS detection in range 10 nm. Specificity demonstrated by comparing response a non-imprinted control polymer interference testing two analogs (Rhodamine 6G Rhodamine 110). allows obtain robust reusable sensor surfaces high selectivity. nanometric thickness shorter times (10 min), thereby improving MIP-based sensors opening up perspectives molecules at very low concentrations.

Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) in Biomedical Applications
Within biological systems, these are usually dynamic and are the result of a mass of noncovalent interactions, which act collectively to form a very stable system. Molecular imprinting is a relatively new and rapidly evolving technique used to create synthetic receptors, having recognition properties comparable to the biological systems and it also possesses great potential in a number of appli...
متن کاملA Nanosensor for TNT Detection Based on Molecularly Imprinted Polymers and Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering
We report on a new sensor strategy that integrates molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The sensor was developed to detect the explosive, 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT). Micron thick films of sol gel-derived xerogels were deposited on a SERS-active surface as the sensing layer. Xerogels were molecularly imprinted for TNT using non-covalent interactio...

Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for citrinin (Cit) with 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNA) as mimic template were prepared and the molecularly imprinted SPE method was developed for the detection of Cit in rice with HPLC. The adsorption properties of HNA and Cit on the MIPs and nonimprinted polymers were investigated. It proved that MIPs showed higher selectivity adsorption to HNA and Cit t...
متن کاملMolecularly Imprinted Polymers for Sample Preparation
The sample treatment/preparation steps involve any operation and manipulation of the samples prior to instrumental determination of the target compounds [1−3]. This is a critical step in the analytical process because the concentration of target analytes in the samples is frequently too low for quantification. Thus, the first step of the preparation protocol involves the exhaustive extraction/c...

In this study, molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized for dibutyl phthalate as a bioactive chemical compound with antifungal activity which produced by Trichoderma Harzianum (JX1738521). The molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized via precipitation polymerization method from methacrylic acid, dibutyl phthalate and trimetylolpropantrimethacrylate as a functional monomer, templat...
